So you want to Get Married? (Marriage Committee: What is that?!)

Thursday August 15th, 2013

Ok, so I met this guy. He is really really good looking..Oh God help me he is FYNE. He is Born Again, like he is a genuine Born Again Christian, so you know how I love men of GOD...they are the Leaders of our future home. Ok so he has his bills together, he is educated and so smart! Girl he has everything on my LIST. He loves to work out, eat nice food, pray, plus he is a member of my church! And bonus the conversations are so good! God have mercy, I feel something, I need to start praying, help me pray sis.

PAUSE

This is a typical conversation of many of us Christian Girls when we first meet a guy and some of us even say OH, "I def saw the will of God", "he is my Husband", I mean ok you may have seen the will of God but then you question if he really is the will because based on your feelings ALONE he qualifies.

GIRL SLOW DOWN, SLOW YOUR ROLL. Let's talk a bit:

I totally understand, this has happened to me. Maybe it's even happening to me now lol. Difference is though I am laying my feelings totally at the feet of Jesus are you?

Sis, I understand marriage is a big desire of yours, even though you are pursing the things of Christ wholeheartedly like (Matthew 6:33), you still pray for God to protect your husband till he finds you. Although you may desire marriage, sis it's not to be taken lightly by ANY-MEANS. It's not to be labeled and thrown on any guy that may meet all your checks and check nots. It's not a thing to enter if you haven't gotten certain things done and completed.

So you want to be married? Let me share with you some biblical principles on what you need to do before you should think about marriage and to entertain a guy as more than a church friend or brother in Christ...because if you and this "church brother in Christ" are really enjoying talking and looking at each other, if he says God saw the will of God in marrying  are you ready to drop your entire SINGLE life to marry him, submit to him and really die of your flesh, wants and needs daily?!

       1. You MUST be a Born Again Christian:

Galatians 2:20

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Once you become a  born again Christian you allow God to be your everything. He starts plucking and weeding out the bad in your life and replacing it with the Good. He starts to show you submission you'll need to submit to your husband, as you submit to God's will and commandments. There are things God may show you that your husband may not show you when you get into an argument in courtship and marriage. You must be really in tune with your spirit.  A couple that stays together PRAYS together. Prayer only can be done effectively when you have an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

       2. You must be be able to hear God's voice:

John 5:30

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

Now we are living for Jesus, our old life is done away with and now we are new creatures. We must now understand, nothing including mere friendship, courting and marriage must not be done without Gods consent. You have to be able to clearly hear from God. I am not saying look for a thunderstorm a burning bush, or something real DRAMATIC to know it's God. God simply works in subtle ways. Not having peace when God is the king of peace is a sign something is not right and needs to be looked into. Whatever God has used in your life to show you something, God can and will use that. Just remember though, God asks you to listen and obey him in little things before he will trust you with bigger things.

       3. GET your education and purpose as a SINGLE person right:

Proverbs 31: 13
She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
Proverbs 31:24
She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.

Listen this was me; I knew I wanted to finish college before marrying. But I am thinking ok I can meet my husband now in college and then by the time I finish college, we'll have courted gotten to know each other and marry. THIS IS not entirely wrong but ladies you need to understand God does not encourage a long courtship period, examples of people dating for 5,6 years before marrying  may be done because of unforeseen circumstances. Courtship, getting to know each other is done with the intention of marrying soon because you are working towards it. Sexual temptation will come and it's REAL. Look at the world now, so many people lose their virginity before High School! So in saying that to be an increase not a deficit but an asset to your marriage you must endeavor to finish part of education before entertaining a guy. You must understand what God has called you to do in your single life besides pursuing motherhood and tending a lovely home when married. FORGET that marriage where one spouse dropped his schooling because God called him to preach. Forget that example of that wife that dropped out of college and now is blessed to be a stay at home wife. Those people had their own calling on their lives. You are different. Understand God wants the best for you, to be a proverbs 31 woman, a woman who uses her hands to work and makes wealth, you do just that and finish your education. If you are no where near complete with school, sis your boy of interest and person you most contact should be JESUS CHRIST ONLY.

Those are the three critical things you really need to ask yourself sis. Have you done all 3? If so, do you feel ready for God to bring your husband to you? If so, you may then meet someone that God ministers to you and matches God's will for you, then God knew the time is perfect. Go ahead and start courtship to lead into marriage;  Then start to share you heart and intimate moments with him. Start to pray, do bible study, and talk about the future together. I want to share with you this really awesome process my Church uses to help guide you once you may have found the will of marriage for you. It's called the Marriage Committee.

So basically you don't come to the marriage committee when this person has proposed to you and you already skipped the intent of this committee. This committee helps you, by praying with you about the will of God, God has revealed to you in your private prayer. Once you hear God minister to you about a person, feelings spiritually and not only physical have been birthed you approach the marriage committee at my church and they start to pray with you! They intercede to God on your behalf because, listen SIS marriage is FOR LIFE, so prayers from righteous people are important! Once the marriage committee has also confirmed with you he is the one, they let the pastor know and he also prays. The committee discourages brother and sister relations before the marriage committee process is over. Listen at this point sis, if that man is for you, what God has for you will be for you, so don't fear if the committee or Pastor say no. After all these confirmations they approach the guy and let him know the will of God for him concerning you, and then he also prays about it. I have heard many stories in which the Guy also heard Gods will for you sis. So truly when you do things GOD's way, God will truly bless you!

Sister rest in Jesus. Cherish your single years. Have your butterflies and heart flutters come from Jesus. Your husband in Christ will find you without all the temporary theatrics the world uses.

Psalm 37:7

Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him:

COMMISSIONED TO PREACH THE GOSPEL

   Wednesday August 14th, 2013.

Hello everyone. I wanted to blog about this on Monday, August 12th. But I was consumed with reading the word and fell asleep from my Occupy Earth bible study(I will be blogging on Biblical Fellowship a little later).

Anyway all day, this past Monday I was feeling a sort of heartache. A strong pull in my heart, and chest. This was not something physical but spiritual. So I did what I knew to do which was to kneel, sit in front of my bible and start reading. I also needed and did start praying. I read the chapters of Mark I had intended to read and really study. I then attempted to read the assigned reading for my Monday night Occupy Earth Bible Study, it was on Acts 8. I read through it and I knew it was about preaching and Phillip preaching. Honestly I remembered from when I had read it two weeks ago when I was praying to be baptized by the Holy Ghost & Tongues and received it. I couldn't really focus on the Acts 8 reading because my heart was really aching and I knew God was really trying to tell me something.

Anyway, I was also abstaining from a couple things, therefore dying of my flesh  so I was really in tune with the spirit. At the usual time, my sisters and I headed out to our Occupy Earth bible study. We get there and those who had arrived were already singing songs, so I joined in. I started to feel a little ease but the ache was still there. After songs our group leader Ebenezer starts to lead prayers, so I naturally start praying, he then starts to sing this hymn that goes :

Where he leads me, I will follow
Or
Where he calls me, I will follow

Something like that...and I IMMEDIATELY started CRYING, I could no longer contain my emotions. It was around 7:30PM and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ finally revealed to me, I needed to take his calling and take up the cross from just behind Social Media and on the school campus but to now preach the gospel unashamed on the streets. I immediately started thanking God and letting him know I will follow!

Funny enough a couple things happened before this day:

  • I had been having vision/dreams about me preaching in a particular park for some while now, but never went. (This happened to be the first Park I went to go preach the word, you'll see in the video)
  • A lovely brother of mine, a member of my church, blessed with the gift of Prophetic and Visions saw a vision of me in a picture being pointed to by a famous preacher. So essentially I will be used by God to preach his word(something I have been praying since I became born again in November 2012)
God is truly amazing! I am just in awe of him. I am so blessed to know him, be saved by  him, and to be  used for his awesome work and glory!

HERE IS A RECAP OF DAY 1(Aug. 13th) on the mission field to win souls for JESUS!!!!!!

Letter: Dear Dad

Below you will find an open letter for fathers everywhere. I am writing this in a way to convict any brother or sister reading this, as well as to bring glory to God. Here it goes..

Dear Dad,

We look up to you for examples on how we will be treated by the men in  our lives.  So, please, please, please, love your wife! A well loved mother really is one of the best gifts you can give to me. I am looking unto your marriage covenant as the standard of marriage. How you treat your wife is how I'll expect to be treated in my own marriage someday, which means you need to be showcasing marriage as it is presented in the scriptures: Christ (the husband) sacrificially loving and dying for His bride, the church (the wife). Good, godly dads will desire THE very best for me we thank God, but your marriage must be backing that up! Its incredibly confusing to tell me to wait for a man who faithfully loves and cherishes me, when I turn around and don't see you doing so with my mother. It's hypocritical and causes major trust issues. You are the first love of my life. I look up to you as my hero! So set the standard high for the man I am marry by being that type of man from the very beginning. "Be the standard she judges all men against." Prove to me that there are men who are trustworthy. Show me that there are good men in the world and I deserve to be treated with the utmost honor, respect, dignity, and love. Actively pursue my heart by taking me out on dates!  And as I grow up, constantly remind me of my great value, worth, and beauty (always tell your daughter that she's beautiful). If I know and feel this, I in turn will learn to value and cherish myself as well.

Protect and Provide for Her.
Make sure I always know I am safe and secure with you. That I can always come to you for anything and everything with the expectation that you will lovingly take care of and help me, hear me out, and extend grace. You should be the one I run to when I cry. When the world feels like it's crashing in (and it will feel like that to her as she gets older) be that protector and defender that God has called you to be! You've been called to be my provider in regards to her physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Always be for me, not against me, and after my greatest joy.

Encourage and Teach Her.
Be involved in my education, and I mean that in every regard. Know how I doing in school and encourage me to do well. Challenge me to grow in me hobbies and interests. Help me to gain confidence and wisdom in what I love. Show me how to treat others and what to value.

Bless and Delight in Her.
Being a dad can be a super fun job. I'm all for parents treating their kids. After all, don't you think God treats His kids beyond what they deserve? I'm pretty convinced He does. Our Heavenly Father desires to give us good gifts and bless us in ways particular to each of us. More and more I think dads should just have fun with their kids. Jesus was fun!

Pastor Her
Pray over and with me, read the Bible stories, go to church, and ask what she's learning about Jesus. You've been called to be the spiritual leader of your home. Engage with your daughter's walk with the Lord throughout her entire life. As a parent your job will be to reflect the love of Christ to your daughter and teach her to walk in His ways.

Make Her a Priority.
Don't put your work above me. Learn when to say "no" to your work and hobbies in order to be present in my life. Make it a point to be at as many recitals, concerts, games, birthday, and events as possible. By doing so you're showing me that family really is more important than work and that I am of high value to you and your time.

Tonight nearly half of the children in this country will go to be without their daddies tucking them into bed and kissing them goodnight. This is a travesty. Maybe some of you grew up in that home yourself. Or the father God gave you wounded you deeplyMy heart goes out to you and I know God grieves over this greatly. I'm not excusing your earthly father's behavior whatsoever, but I also want you to know that Christ has not called you to follow down that same path. Christ is summoning you to be a better man. Christ has called all men to parent their children well, just as He parents His children. As an earthly father you'll bear the great responsibility of showcasing many of the attributes of the Heavenly Father to your child. This is not to be taken lightly. Be that man God has called you to be for your daughter, for she will be a sweet and precious gift that the Lord has entrusted to you. Rely on His strength and grace to help you when the time comes. When the ball finally gets passed to you, don't drop it.

40% Of females turn to Sexual Perversion just because of a lack of a strong father figure in their life.   We must do better.

If you are a father and you realize you are in error. It's not too late for you to turn around. But you must understand it's not by your wisdom and grace alone that you can be a better father to your daughter. You must repent of your wrong doing and receive Jesus into your life. After that you must then go back to your daughters and apologize and start living the mentioned above.

If you are a man but not yet married, make sure you understand the responsibility that comes with having a child, especially a daughter! You must make sure you too have received Jesus into your life so by God's grace he can help you raise daughters that wont be found at clubs, and in sexual perverse circles but daughters that love God and respect themselves.

If you are a daughter and realize your earthly father has not done the above, and you miss his presence in your life, you too must receive Jesus into your life. Jesus is the best father. But pray for your earthly father if you still have one. God will change him.

WOMEN IN THE AFRICAN SOCIETY & WOMAN IN AMERICA

Another Government & Public Service Post..YAY

   Wednesday August 7th, 2013

I pray whom ever is reading this is having a blessed day today!

This will be a two part blog:

I made a personal goal to not only read the entire bible this summer but to also go to more political centered events I would be interested in. I have been wanting to blog about a phenomenal program I attended by US-Africa Synergy a little whiles ago, June 25th,2013 to be exact. The event was entitled Women in the African Society- Challenges & Perspectives. So I will endeavor to tell you all about the happenings of this program and the great people and one person I met that's really helping me grow in faith which was held at the Nigerian Mission in New York City.

In addition I will center this blog about women and their role in the world, specifically as a Christian woman by discussing the 3 part PBS Documentary entitled the Makers (which you can click and watch before you read my responses about it)

Let's get into this, Part 1:

On June 25th, 2013, US-Africa Synergy, a non-profit which seeks to engage the African Diaspora in the sustainable transforming of Africa and empowering African youths, held a program in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the African Union. All guest speakers and invitees including me sought to examine our roles as daughters, sisters, wives and mothers and look back on the changes brought by the historical Solemn Declaration on Gender Equality in Africa adopted in July 2004. This Declaration was the African Leadership’s attempt to promote gender equality and to empower women in Africa. However a decade later, data shows very little has been made to improve the social and professional stature of women in African and the African Diaspora. That evening we all sought to  examine the reasons of a halt on change for women in Africa through factors such as gender role, culture and education.

So basically I personally wanted to go to meet one particular speaker at the event Yetunde A. Odugbesan-Omede. God is so faithful because I actually met her on the train station in NJ, waiting for the train to NY and here she comes gracefully walking up. We ended up chatting the whole way there and now she is one of the best Mentors/friends I have ever had in my life. I'll express her contributions to the event in question further on.

So the event's structure first included a panel of four speakers, who spoke about their suggested changes for woman in Africa through gender roles, culture, and education. The speakers were:

(Dr. Bola Omotosho-  Medical Doctor & 16th District City Council Candidate)
(Dr. Josephine Ojiambo, Former UN Deputy Ambassador of Kenya)
(Ms. Mpule kwelagobeMiss Universe 1999)

(Mrs. Yetunde A. Odugbesan-Omede, CEO & Founder Yetunde Global Consulting, LLC)

Comments that resonated with me on seeing women improve in Africa and beyond is :
  • For women to know their strength.
  • For marriage to be an option when they are ready but not forced.
  • For domestic violence to addressed in countries in Africa that have yet to clearly discuss it in the political arena.
  • Women are strong holders of a community and home. If the women lack, the entire community and her home lacks.
  • Yetunde especially mentioned each and every woman has a talent, must realize their talent, and start putting their talent to work!
After this first panel, there was another panel discussion with students. This was great because it opened up questions about the modern woman. How woman in this generation want to be taken seriously but dress scandalously, get drunk on weekends, and rudely talk among their own circles and outside. All this need to stop and we must do better. Comments were made about faith including the Christian faith whom say woman are weaker vessels. Yes the bible does state that in 1st Timothy but when it's used in the right context it explains woman are delicate beings, to be handled with care. God, did make woman in his image so woman are very strong as well! The event empowered us young woman to take control of our destiny and know we are strongly needed to make an impact in our world.

Yetunde has a really great blog that encourages all, woman and men to put their best forward here: Putting your best forward . She also started a really great organization to help woman enter womanhood and realize their destiny, check it out here : Young Woman Guide

Part 2:

In continuing to know about the happenings and improvements we need to make as women, I would like to share with you all an awesome Documentary PBS did. PBS created a 3 part series entitled Makers. It basically goes through woman's role in America from the 1960's where women went to college but were expected to remain homemakers up until the roles women play in present day.

I will like to share my reaction after watching all 3:

Part 3 in particular clearly shows my generation, that being a power woman holding a great career and being a great mom can be difficult. As a Christian woman it reaffirms that God is calling me to still be a great mother and a help meet to my husband, but as were great woman in the bible who made great change like Deborah and Easter, God will provide me with the education and income to also support my family during the times in my lifetime I am needed. But also in the 3rd part they explain the push for fathers to brake the role of not playing a bigger part in raising children within the home as per spending time. This is seen very highly in African homes, I am not excluded, anyway it's another reason why I love my faith because men are expected to do as much as the wife is to do in the relationship.

Women I would love to hear your comments after you've watched Makers and about the first part of the blog. Let's start a dialogue and conversation here.

(At my Monday Night Youth Bible study:Occupy Earth)

BONUS: Amos Johnson an amazing man that encourages Kingdom Business to grow and prevail. He just did an amazing podcast on the question: Should the wife be the provider for the family? The  You can watch it here: Wives, it is not your responsibility to provide for the family

College Chronicles: Dear College Freshmen/Students

   Wednesday, August 6th, 2013

A note to College Freshmen (or anyone in college):

Dear son/daughter,

I feel I'm qualified to write you because I have a freshman myself, I'm an author and speaker on relationships teaching couples to be light in a dark world, I especially care about the your generation, based on Judges 2: 10. My prayer is that your generation would be like Josiah, king of Judah, son of Amon - who saw evil but chose to do what is right before God.

In case you don't know, statistically over 70% of college students (in America) abandon the faith - become secular or atheistic in worldview). The reasons are simple, we your parents are too pre-occupied with our own stuff (getting rich or fighting each other) that we've neglected being godly parents, we think two-days (2 hours) of youth church would straighten you out, unfortunately - you are being entertained in your youth groups too. Some parent think going to a Christian middle/high school would help ease their guilt?

Many of you are ill equipped spiritually and intellectually, because your faith have been emotion based, so when atheistic teachers present you with so-called reality, and tell you Faith is stupid, you tend to believe it, of course there is bullying going on too.

Please allow me to share what I’ve already shared with my own freshman.

You are Tripartite in nature; you are a spirit, a Soul (mind, will and emotion), and body (aka flesh), while these natures are different they function together. To worship or serve God, your spirit-man must be born-again, your soul is where information that goes into you is processed and stored, it is also where your emotion is, many would want you high on emotion to get you to do things. Many of you are very smart, that is a function of your flesh, the DNA of your parents coming together.

When your spirit-man is re-birthed and connects with the Holy Spirit, it is the best form of smart (linked to God), the smart of the brain is limited to capacity to analyze data. Let me challenge you to study the lives of Moses and apostle Paul in the bible, they were both highly educated (many think post-PhD level) - yet they both realized when intellect stop and Holy Spirit leading starts.

Some of your teachers might even want to redefine your Christianity, they might say; Christianity is about service, it says don't Judge, or it is not to be brought into your daily life but simply an aspect of your life. Please don't believe these lies.

So, my recommendation:
* Have a daily Bible reading tool and have an accountability person that you discuss with daily
* Join a bible study group on campus and make sure you attend church service weekly
* Keep in-touch and chose new friends with similar worldview (not religious, but born-again friends)
* If a professor is being too aggressive in selling his/her worldview, respectfully disagree and inform your parents and discuss further action.

God is counting on your generation to be like King Josiah, son of Amon, so He can shelve or postpone the wrath brought on by the sins of my generation, I’m rooting for you guys.

Uncle Femi

BONUS/EXTRA/VERY IMPORTANT

I would like to add College gives you so much idle time and you are expected to use it to participate in something, you are encouraged to use it to talk to your teachers and study. Another thing this idle time can do to a person is it exposes a lot of your long standing problems. Long standing problems include sins like mine, which were stealing and sexual perversion, secret sins, or an example like procrastination is also a good one. If anyone has or ever faces these long standing sins and secret sins these problems will increases. If it hasn't been dealt with, you must tell someone. Tell your parents if comfortable, counselors at school and include God because it can really set you back if not redeemed from.

This is an open letter from my Uncle Femi Awodele. He is the Executive Director and founder at Christian Couples Fellowship International Inc. The mission is to reduce the incidences of divorce in Marriages.

If I had read this as a freshmen I would have been more successful at college the first time around. I pray this helps you!

ATONEMENT FOR SINS

Sin is a SERIOUS MATTER. Let me repeat, Sin is a very serious matter. All of us born into this world, no matter which country are taught what is right and wrong on TV, in books, and by teachers in school. We are taught don't steal, don't fight, don't lie, don't curse in the classroom unless we will be faced with consequences for our actions. The punishment if one was to do something wrong would be rendered either within the school grounds or with the government. I included, got taught these things? But yet I still sinned. People STILL SIN even after they hear what's right and wrong. Have you wondered why? Well although I grew up in the church I didn't really understand. It was only when I received Jesus into my life I understood why I still kept on sinning even though I knew what was right.

Let’s get into this from God's perspective...

As you read above, Psalm 51:5 solves all your questions and inquiries about why you may still sin even though you know the truth and what's right. Since the fall of man which was Adam and Eve disobeying God every one including you and I were born in Sin. We are sinful beings. Our impulse of the flesh is to lie, steal, swear, kill, fight. Without laws and rules we would all be running around totally disobeying God and living in tremendous sin! But thank God, for God. He set apart the people of Israel and laid down the ten commandments apart from the rule of the land in Exodus 20:2-17:

These were far more truthful of our sinful nature than the law of man. He discusses how knowing, reverencing, and fearing one TRUE God above many other gods, idols is very important in ones’ life. God also understood marriage is to be held and cherished so sleeping outside of ones marriage does not please God and will create problems in your life. Lastly he understood envy, jealousy was a very important downfall in our sinful nature and so he stated in these set of laws to not "covet" which means to not seek to be like anyone else but to know God can provide all your needs if and only you seek him.

Along with these commandments given to Moses from God, in Leviticus 16:1-34 God instructed Aaron, one of the Jewish priests on the great day of atonement. This was to be a special day on the Jewish religious calendar, an annual event, which took place on the 10th day on the 7th month. On this day of atonement, the sins of the entire nation was atoned for by sacrifice and the shedding of the blood of prescribed animals. The tabernacle was also purified from the defilement of sin and the whole nation of Israel obtained a new lease of life for another year. If Aaron didn't do this LONG extensive procedure read about in Leviticus at all or the right way, him and every Israelite would have been KILLED! KILLED because of the sins committed. SIN IS SERIOUS TO GOD.

So you may be a person who has only heard of the loving side of God? God is not only a loving God but he Judges us including our wrong doings! He does not delight in judgment, but he judges sin so others can and turn from their evil ways and live a righteous lifestyle.
Romans 6:23 reads

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

That's the thing the wages of sin is death! The consequence to continue to live a life of sin doesn't only cause heartache, nightmares, criminal records but it ultimately leads to death. The consequences of sin are so great that human imagination cannot fathom an appropriate solution to it. BUT GOD the maker of our life, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2) gave us the ultimate solution! The day of atonement through the blood of sacrificed animal foreshadowed Jesus Christ's singular and final sacrificse , not only for the nation of Israel but the whole world, the sinners and our only hope of redemption through his death and resurrection!

JESUS came to save you and I from our sinful nature!! Sister, brother what ever SIN you are struggling with, God sent his only son to DIE to set you free from that Sin. After you repent of the sins you've committed, truly realize you are a sinful person, and receive Jesus into your life, start believing, and then start reading the Bible, your life will be so peaceful and so rewarding.

Lastly,

I can't stress this enough. SIN IS SERIOUS. The little sin of stealing will lead to you eventually stealing at the supermarket, then to credit cards, and much more if you don't repent and receive Jesus.

The little sin of fornication, having sex or doing sexual acts before marriage which includes, masturbation, oral sex, and watching Porn will grow into having many sex partners, getting a disease your body never wanted if you don't repent and receive Jesus.

Your drinking which you may have been taught at a young age or when you go to college to use recreationally; When you celebrate you want to get drunk, when you have a problem you want to get drunk. This is sowing a seed to eventually lead to a drinking problem later in life that can hinder you from a lot of things. You don't need drinking for anything, repent, receive Jesus into your life and let him be your prince of ultimate peace and happiness.

You may live a perfect life on the outside, you've never committed any sin but in your heart you have a long standing problem of envy and jealousy. This can rage into a consuming fire! If you don't deal with that envy or jealousy now you will never find contentment even if you get what you have been envious or jealous of. Ever wonder why when a cheating spouse who got in that situation, for envying whomever is cheating with, still isn't content when they leave their original spouse. Repent and receive Jesus into your life today.

If you have children and want to have children I encourage you to raise them in the way of the Lord so they have a firm foundation and know there is a way out of their sinful nature. And for you that are reading this there is a true way out of the things that cause you pain and sorrow it's to repent and receive Jesus into your life today.

You can read about my so sinful past and born again experience here: Why Receive Jesus Into your Life

You may be wondering what exactly is sin and what God deems wrong:

Galatians 5:19-21

Now, the effects of the corrupt nature are obvious: illicit sex, perversion, promiscuity, 20 idolatry, drug use, hatred, rivalry, jealousy, angry outbursts, selfish ambition, conflict, factions, 21 envy, drunkenness, wild partying, and similar things. I’ve told you in the past and I’m telling you again that people who do these kinds of things will not inherit the kingdom of God. (GNT)

You must repent all or none. The day you then repent and receive the one and only Atonement for Sin Jesus Christ should be remembered and celebrated. You are now BORN AGAIN.

Feeling Lonely, Frustrated, a lot on your mind?

This has been me these past couple of days. Feelings of loneliness, frustration, and  a lot of thoughts on my mind. I just want to remind you sis or brother that when you have the joy of the Lord, it's forever there and you must subject your flesh to the joy God has placed upon you. These are the times where you need to mediate on the word harder, pray harder and seclude yourself to be with just the Lord. I thank God I came out victorious. I didn't lose site of my purpose God has created for me, and the promises I desire, and look forward to receiving for serving him.
This message really helped me today. I pray it blesses you. Love you all <3
