1st Corinthians 10:12
Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
This blog is for those who are in Christ. Both those who partake of babe spiritual milk,meaning they know little of the word;or those that partake in the meater word of God,meaning you are an avid reader of the bible and live by it.
This blog is also for those who may know of Jesus but don't live by his commandments.
What all three of us have in common is we all were made by GOD. As God's creation we have to be Alert! Watchful! At All Times! As Christians thankfully we have a Lord and savior Jesus who surpasses all other fake and temporary peace in this world, and we are able to call upon him in time of need! But those who have not surrendered their hearts to Christ, in their time of watching and staying alert, their hearts will be troubled! It's a FACT!
I had posted a scenario on my facebook page:
Your are a Born Again Christian woman and you get married to a Born Again man, you say. And you've gone through marriage counseling by God's grace. A month into your marriage, he' is found cheating on you..WOULD YOU DIVORCE?
A scenario like this only comes about because of ONE thing, the man and the woman were not carefully watching over their spiritual life;and in turn they fell. The man because he isn't diligently watching over his eyes, and guarding his heart and so he is lead away to another woman with pure lust. And the woman who may or may not have been carefully watching over the marriage prayerfully is also affected by the husband's behavior because they are one. This couple will have no such excuse when faced with God for this type of breaking of their marriage covenant.
The thing about it is, for unbleivers those who choose to not recieve Christ, will have no excuse before God, and when temptations and hard life trials come, because Christ was preached to them and they recieved him not.Those in Christ will also have no excuse as to how life is poorly handled when faced with storms because Christ was always there to comfort them in their time of need.
We all must stay alert, humble and never prideful. Because where you think you are now, PLEASE take heed, pay attention, and be cautious, unless you will fall a hard fall, back to where you came from, maybe nonredeemable.....but by God's grace, I pray that fall will never be your portion in Jesus name.
